  • Two veggies are potatoes and corn.
  • Sugars and other sweet substances.

Fat-containing foods include nuts, cheese, chocolates, whole eggs, meat, oils, and ghee.


Proteins are a sort of bodybuilding supplement. They help the body heal and flourish. They help in muscular growth. Protein may be found in eggs, fish, milk, cheese, and chicken.

Vitamins and Minerals

Vitamins and minerals aid in our overall wellness. They contribute to our overall health. Vitamins and minerals are found in milk, fruits, and vegetables.

Minerals are necessary for strong bones and teeth.

Milk is high in protein, vitamins, and minerals such as calcium. Calcium helps to build our bones and teeth.

We should consume a lot of fruits throughout the summer since they keep our bodies hydrated.

Vitamin C is required for the development of the immune system. Immunity helps the body fight diseases and viruses. Vitamin C is abundant in citrus fruits such as oranges and lemons.

  • Fermentation: Another technique of food preservation is fermentation.
  • Canning is the process of preserving vegetables, meat, and other food products.
  • Sugar destroys bacteria when added to a meal. Sugar improves the taste of meals. Take, for example, jelly.
  • Salting: Salting dehydrates fish and some other foods.
