NEET Application Form will be released from the month of February 2021. NEET (National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NEET UG is conducted in various parts of India in offline (pen-paper based) mode. Candidates aiming for NEET-UG 2021 have to follow the steps mentioned below to submit the NEET UG 2021 online application form. Candidates must read the detailed procedure involved in the registration process first and then begin with the steps. Note: For successful completion of the NEET registration process, applicants must submit the NEET 2021 application form before the last date along with the NEET application fee. The applicants will not be able to submit the forms after the closure of the registration date.

In order to complete the application process of NEET, all applicants have to pay the application fee.
Applicants can pay the NEET application fee online using a Debit or a Credit card or Net Banking or Paytm/ UPI/ Google Pay

Scanned copies of candidates’ signature and photograph (size: 10 kb to 200 kb), Post Card size photograph (4”X6”) (Size: 50 kb – 300 kb) and Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb – 30kb), Left hand thumb impression (file size: 10 kb-50 kb) in JPG/JPEG format

In NEET application form 2021, submit the name, father’s name, email ID, mobile number, nationality, state of eligibility, create a password and others. NEET application number and password will be sent to the registered contact details, which can be used for NEET application form 2021 login.
