In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent lockdown, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) made adjustments to the syllabus for the academic year 2020-2021. Recognizing that classroom teaching time had been significantly reduced, the CBSE decided to reduce the syllabus for classes 9 to 12 by 30%.

This decision was made to ensure that students were able to focus on the most important concepts and topics, and to alleviate the potential burden of having to cover a full syllabus in a reduced timeframe.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released a notice stating that 30% of the syllabus for the new academic year 2021-22 has been cut, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on classroom teaching time.

However, the Board has emphasized that teachers must ensure that students have a solid understanding of the deleted topics so that they can use this information in connection with other topics.

It is important for students to study the syllabus thoroughly as the question paper is designed around it, and they can score well if they cover all the topics in the syllabus.

In particular, the revised CBSE revised syllabus for Class 11  Mathematics for the academic year 2020-2021 is crucial for students to familiarize themselves with the course content and plan their studies in advance.

Mathematics is a scoring subject, but students should study smarter, practice more, and follow the CBSE prescribed syllabus. The CBSE Class 11 Maths syllabus 2020-2021 can be downloaded from the provided pdf below.
